All product orders in store come with free shipping.
Some products can be shipped to United States and Canada.
Usually, express shipping takes about 4-7 business days depending on different countries, regions and carriers.
Please note that we have no control over the shipping process.
Please note that shipments may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We always endeavor to deliver your order on time however, there may be factors outside our control such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues that may delay your order. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.

We do make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.

Please verify your shipping address during checkout, We do not accept PO/APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address.
For security purposes, we’re unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
You have made the purchase directly from www.mrkgift.com
The item(s) in question are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide you with a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
